The only authorized ticket agent for Arena Dinner Theatre is the ArtsTix Community Box Office. Arena strongly encourages guests to purchase tickets via arenadinnertheatre.org or tickets.artstix.org. Ticket purchases made on other websites – or from third-parties – may not grant you admission to the show. Additionally, if an event is changed or cancelled, Arena Dinner Theatre would not have guest information to communicate changes.

• All cancellations and ticket exchange requests must be made twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled performance time.

• No refunds will be issued if reservations are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled performance time.

• A $2.00 Cancellation/Exchange Fee will be assessed for each ticket cancelled and/or exchanged.

• Ticket Exchanges may only be done for another performance of the same show.

• Tickets are revocable licenses. The venue may revoke this license without refund or other consideration and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with any and all security measures or staff instructions.
